VC and Registrar of JP University, Chapra appointed 3rd and 4th grade employees without advertising the vacancies. The student and employees organisations objected to this malpractices and the appointments were cancelled. Now Director of Higher Education has sent them notices to show why action should not be taken against them.
Apponting any employee without first advertising the posts amount to malpractice. The VC and Registrar have been accused of irregular transfers too. They are asked to reply within a week.

एह दुनु अधिकारियन पर अउरियो अनियमितता के आरोप बा. जइसे कि प्राचार्यन के नियुक्ति में आ प्राध्यापकन के स्थानान्तरन का मामिला में दुनु जने आपन मनमानी कइले आ नियम विरुद्ध काम कइले. अब उच्च शिक्षा निदेशक ओह लोग से कारण बतावे के नोटिस दिहले बाड़न.
